From a young age, my passion for cooking was ignited by watching my mother prepare delicious meals for our family. I eagerly delved into recipe books, experimenting with various dishes. As I transitioned into married life, cooking became a daily joy, especially as I delighted in crafting healthy and appetizing meals for my loved ones, including my two children. Upon relocating to Belfast, I expanded my culinary horizons by baking cakes for friends and family, eventually progressing to catering for small events.

Driven by a desire to elevate my culinary skills, I embarked on a professional journey. The Buliit Hotel provided me with a breakthrough opportunity, where I began my career as a Commis Chef. Through dedication and hard work, I honed my craft and furthered my experience at the Crown Plaza Hotel restaurant. This journey culminated in the realization of my dream – the establishment of my own cloud kitchen, Complete Taste, in 2023.

Fast forward to 2024, and here I stand with my very own takeaway service, a testament to the passion and dedication that have propelled me from a childhood love of cooking to a successful culinary entrepreneur.
